How do I create my Employee Profile?

To create your Employee Profile, click on WORK on the top menu of the website, scroll down to the ASSIGNMENT TOOLKIT section of the page, and select the CREATE A PROFILE icon. Then simply complete the required fields and click REGISTER.
What are the benefits of creating a profile?
Creating a profile has a number of benefits including the ability to view paystubs, download timesheets, make a vacation request, and update your direct deposit/banking information.
When I tried to create a profile it says my employee code or email address is already in use?

This is because a profile was already created for you. Simply click on the LOGIN button and select FORGOT. We will then email you your username and password so you can log in.
When trying to create my profile it says that either my S.I.N. or my employee code is invalid.

Please ensure that your employee code is correct. If it is, then it’s possible that your Social Insurance Number (S.I.N.) has not yet been entered into our system. Please contact your Quantum Representative so that they can update your file.
How do I receive my pay?

Quantum will deposit the funds directly into your bank account. All of your direct deposit information can be completed online, in your Employee Profile page.
What payroll deductions can I expect?

Quantum deducts according to federal and provincial law. The official Canada Revenue Agency website provides details on all Canadian payroll regulations
How do I determine what jobs are available?

All of our open positions are listed on our website. To view these positions, go to the WORK section of the site and scroll down to SEARCH JOBS – or contact your Quantum recruiter directly.
How can I get more timesheets?

To access a blank timesheet in advance of the coming week's payroll, simply log into your personal profile page on Quantum's website (using the LOGIN button on the top right of our homepage), and select [Download Timesheet] OR CLICK HERE to access a blank timesheet. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact Quantum's Customer Service Department at 1-866-985-3917.
How do I make changes or add my address, banking, or any other profile information?

You may submit your changes online, through your Quantum Profile (online account). You are also welcome to contact your Recruiter or our Customer Service Department at 1-866-985-3917 to make changes to your personal information.
Do I get paid for Statutory Holidays?

Statutory holidays are paid as long as you qualify for them. Please CLICK HERE for more details on the list of the statutory holidays by province, as well as the rules to qualify.
I have not received my pay or I have received my pay but I believe it may be incorrect.

How do I get my T4/RL1?

How do I get a letter of employment?

How do I request a Record of Employment?
